Terms and Conditions for Ordinary Users’ Registration at 21st Century Silk Road:

1. Contracting Parties: This agreement is made between the website management of https://21srn.com and the user, with the details provided by the user themselves on the website.

Note: Warehouse and store owners are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the information they provide. If any Warehouse and store owners details are found to be false or misleading, the website management reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Warehouse and store owners account and deny them any future access to services, without any liability for the user.

2.     Contract Duration: This contract is valid indefinitely from the date of registration and entry of the user’s information into the website.

3. Contract Terms:

A. The user is obligated to check the product details and the respective store before making a purchase and ensure the accuracy and specifics of the item being purchased. If any payment is made and the product differs from what is listed on the website, the buyer can inform the store owner via ticket within 24 hours and request a product exchange, submitting relevant photos and documents.

If the store fails to comply, the buyer can escalate the issue within 48 hours via the complaint registration link, submitting their case and documents to the site management. After 48 hours, if the invoice is not canceled, the buyer forfeits the right to request a refund or cancel the transaction.

B. To purchase any product, the buyer must contact the store directly. The website management holds no responsibility for the stores' products or transactions, and the buyer has no right to hold the website accountable for any transaction disputes.

C.              In case of any technical issues or interruptions on the website, the management of 21st Century Silk Road will do its best to resolve the problem. However, users must understand that like any other system, the website may experience malfunctions. The website management is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to:

1. Any interruption in service, malfunction, system failure, or delays caused by technical issues.
2. The website’s inability to process transactions due to issues like hacking or network disruptions.
3. Any third-party acts or omissions, including but not limited to vendors, buyers, or sellers using the platform.

In the event of proof of violation or action by any user or other person outside the framework of the website that causes disruption or harm to the site or our users, the website management will block the offending user's account and take action to compensate for damages through judicial and law enforcement authorities, and will provide all necessary cooperation to the users who have suffered losses.

Therefore, the management of the 21st Century Silk Road website will, as far as possible, try to block methods of fraud and block the user accounts of offending users who intend to commit criminal acts, and will provide reports and information regarding instances of violations to the competent authorities.

K. The website management is committed to protecting user privacy in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using this platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy. In any case, all legal responsibilities for pricing, buying, and selling by warehouses and stores are the responsibility of their management and the buyer, and the management of this website has no obligation to oversee the activities of stores and the transactions of buyers and sellers.

N. 21st Century Silk Road does not intervene in transactions between buyers and stores. Buyers should communicate with the store before making a purchase and proceed with the necessary precautions. Any issues arising from transactions are the responsibility of the buyers and sellers.

O. Buyers and sellers must pay attention to warnings from authorities, including police, to avoid problematic transactions. The website management will not be held responsible for any financial or legal consequences.

P. "If a warehouse or store does not visit the site for two months after the activation of their unit, the website management reserves the right to suspend the user's account. After four months, the user's account data will be deleted from the servers, and the ownership of the store will be transferred to another party. In the event of the cancellation of the ownership of the store or warehouse due to its inactivity, the owner shall not have any right to object or claim damages.

Q. "Each user can download their transaction history reports for up to four months and can periodically receive and store these reports. After four months, no user, as a seller or buyer, has the right to request transaction information from their account. No one has the right to request information from others, and if information and transaction reports of other users are needed, providing this information is only possible upon request from judicial and law enforcement authorities. Additionally, respected site users cannot expect to receive recorded information such as recorded IP addresses, ad posting dates, and details of posted ads after four months, as user activity logs may be deleted after four months.

In the event of any disagreement regarding a specific issue, the content of the information sent, or the operations performed, the documents of the offices, reports, and also the electronic operations recorded in the files and computer servers of the 21st Century Silk Road will be considered valid documents and evidence. The user, as the owner of the store, buyer, or visitor, waives any right to object under any title.

All users are personally obligated to periodically visit this page and be informed of the latest status of the rules. None of the new rules are retroactive, and if the user has a problem with the new rules, they must request the closure of their user account with a valid date and signature from the website management; otherwise, it will be considered as acceptance of all the registered and updated rules and regulations of this site by the user.

T. Users have an electronic wallet in their account, which they can use to recharge, withdraw, or transfer funds. They are responsible for any transactions made and the website management will not accept claims or be liable for any issues.

4. Conditions for Contract Cancellation:

The user may request the suspension or deletion of their account at any time. The account will be suspended or deleted within 24 hours upon request. Account suspension means temporary suspension of this contract, while account deletion means termination of this contract.

Note 1: Upon request for suspension of the contract and user account, the user account will be suspended for a maximum period of three months, and after three months, the user account will be deleted and the contract will be terminated.

Note 2: "In the event of any violation that results in a court order from the judicial authorities, or in the event of a complaint from other users, or if the site management detects any violation by a user that, in the opinion of the site management, causes discomfort or harm to the users or the management and staff of the site, the site management may block, suspend, or delete the user account of the offending person.

"In the event of a user account being blocked or deleted by a judicial order, the user will be notified. If users have objections, they can pursue the matter through the same judicial authority and inform the site management of the final outcome. Because without a judicial order, the site management cannot reactivate suspended accounts.

The website reserves the right to suspend, block, or delete a user account at its discretion, in the event of:

1. A violation of the site’s terms and conditions.
2. Fraudulent activities or unlawful behavior.
3. Failure to comply with applicable laws.

If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration in the [jurisdiction of Iran], in accordance with the laws of [International Commercial Law]. Users agree that the courts of [Iran] will have exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any disputes that are not subject to arbitration.
